Rey Marques

Rey is the founder of High Rise Talent and an experienced independent consultant who has led 31 successful Oracle Implementations since 2012.

As a functional lead, he was part of the first Oracle Cloud HCM project in release one and has achieved certification in the areas of Talent Management, Recruiting, and Learning.

Austin has led seven full-scale Oracle implementations (including global) within the modules of Cloud HCM Learning Management and Talent Management including Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession, Talent Profile, and Career Development.

He is certified in Oracle Cloud Learning Management and Oracle Cloud Talent Management.

Stephen Fuller

Stephen is an experienced program manager and independent consultant with over ten years of PeopleSoft and Oracle experience.

He has extensive experience in enterprise-class implementations, including oversight over the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud, Oracle Learning and Talent management, Skillsoft LMS, Gallup Engagement Surveys, UKG Dimensions, UKG TeleStaff, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning.
